How long will it take to clean?
The time needed depends on the size and condition of your property, as well as the service package you select. As a guide, most flats take around 3–5 hours, while larger homes naturally require more time. When you book, we’ll give you a clear estimate so you know exactly what to expect and can plan your day with confidence.
Do I need to be at the property during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be there. Many of our clients prefer us to collect and return the keys through their concierge, estate agent or a trusted representative. This way, you can get on with your day while we take care of everything. Of course, if you’d like to be present, you’re always welcome.
What if I’m not happy with the standard of cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you feel something hasn’t been completed to the standard you expected, just let us know. We’ll happily return within 48 hours to put things right—completely free of charge.
Do I need to provide any cleaning products or equipment?
No. We bring everything with us. Our team uses professional-grade cleaning products and equipment to achieve the best results, so you don’t need to supply a thing.
We also understand that allergies, sensitivities and personal preferences are very important. If you have specific requirements; for example avoiding products with strong fragrances or preferring eco-friendly solutions, let us know when booking. We’re happy to adapt our approach and use alternative products to ensure your comfort and safety, while still delivering the same sparkling finish.
Can I book a clean for evenings or weekends?
Yes. We understand that weekdays aren’t always convenient, so we do offer evening and weekend slots. Availability can vary, so it’s always best to book early.
Do you offer same-day or emergency cleaning services?
Whenever possible, yes. If you’re in a pinch, give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, depending on our schedule.
Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?
Absolutely. All our cleaners are fully insured and carefully vetted to give you complete peace of mind.
Can you work around pets in the property?
Of course. Many of our clients have pets, and we’re happy to work around them. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly and perhaps bring a treat for your four-legged friend.
Do you clean carpets, upholstery, or curtains as part of the service?
Yes, deep carpet, upholstery and curtain cleaning are available as optional extra services. They can be added to any of our cleaning packages where this isn’t already included (Enhanced End-of-Tenancy and our Office Deep Clean Service). Let us know at the time of booking and we’ll tailor the service to your needs.
Will you clean appliances such as ovens, fridges, and washing machines?
Yes. We provide thorough appliance cleaning, both inside and out as part of our enhanced services. That includes ovens, fridges, freezers, and washing machines. Please give us a call or drop us a line here for more details.
Do you cover outdoor spaces such as balconies, patios, or driveways?
Yes, we can clean outdoor areas such as balconies, terraces and front door spaces. Larger areas like driveways or gardens may require a separate service, please let us know your needs.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
We know plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always try to be flexible, but notice is appreciated so we can reallocate the time.
How do I pay for my clean? Do you take card, bank transfer or cash?
We accept card payments and bank transfers for convenience. In some cases, cash may be possible, but we recommend secure electronic payment whenever possible.
